Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within **14 days** without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is **14 days** from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you on the delivery takes possession of the last goods.

Withdrawal effects

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer at no extra charge). The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Deadline for withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email or fax). You can use the following template:

Consequences of withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund the payment we received from you. The refund will be processed within **14 days** after we have received the notice of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The return shipment should be sent to:

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Supply of goods which are made to your specifications or clearly personalised - Supply of goods which are likely to spoil or expire quickly - Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which were unsealed after delivery - Supply of software which was unsealed after delivery
